Pull-Up is the beAst back exercise, you cannot be wrong with Pull Ups, you only get benefits form Pull Ups! Anyway it's easy to make these mistakes that it's good to fix as soon as possible. In this video I'll show you these common Pull-Up mistakes to avoid.
1. Grip
2. Hand Position
3. Elbow Position
4. Chest to the bar
5. Stop swinging
6. Do not cross your legs
7. Straight legs
