This video shows the process of getting barges through the locks at the dam at Cannelton, IN. It's shot from the overlook at Eagle's Bluff Park. Also at the end of this video, we stopped at the Overlook Restaurant at Leavenworth, IN to shoot some drone footage overlooking the Ohio River.
