Mackerel in the oven, immediately with a side dish! Delicate mackerel in the oven is an easy and simple recipe for a delicious dinner for the whole family. Mackerel baked with vegetables in the oven will surprise guests and delight the whole family. And let the whole world wait!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Chilled mackerel 2 pcs.
Use scissors to cut the gills from both sides.
Make a cruciform incision in the lower part of the abdomen.
Insert 2 skewers through the head into the abdomen. Turn several times and draw out the insides. Then rinse well.
Make 2 cuts across the spine (1-1.5 cm below the head and at the beginning of the lower fin).
Put the fish on its side, pressing on top with your palm. Separate the backbone from the fillet at the top and bottom.
Separate the spine from both sides with scissors. Remove the remnants of viscera and bones.
Cut 1 onion into half rings.
Grate 1 carrot.
Fry onions and carrots in butter.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until cooked for 5 minutes.
Cut 1 tomato into half rings.
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
Salt the inside of the fish and sprinkle with fish spices.
Put the stewed vegetables inside the fish.
Put the tomato on the vegetables.
Put the cheese on top.
Put a vegetable side dish on the bottom of the form: fried potatoes,
broccoli, cauliflower, leftover tomato.
You can choose any vegetables you like or cook fish without a side dish.
Put the fish on the vegetables.
Sprinkle the vegetables and fish with rosemary on top.
Bake in a preheated oven until 190C for 45 minutes.
