This song is based off of Proverbs 14:12. There's a way that seems to be right to a person but in the end that road leads to destruction and eventually spiritual death. Staying on that road is living out an illusion. A dream that seems so real until you are awakened by the only one who can awaken you from it. Jesus. And when you awaken Jesus gives you the ability to see through all the lies that you thought were so real because He is the Truth, the Way and the Life. Then and only then do you start down the true road that leads to eternal life. The beginning of a straight and narrow amazing way with Him.
