Hey guys, hope you all enjoying this 10min love handle workout that target the oblique and abs area just on point. It is quite intense but please do try your best to keep up with me till the end of the workout. You can perform this training routine anywhere you want because does not require any gym equipment at all. All you need is a matt on the floor so you won’t hurt your back.
