The concept has been used in many Cyber-Punk games and animated movies.

However, looking at this video, that can actually become a reality... as the use of LED Fans is a much more feasible option, instead of using laser lights, which would be far more expensive in terms of research put into it as well as the extensive selling price to the customer.

Imagine, It can be a corporate building, where the people inside the office will not even see the led fans when looking out the windows because they will constantly be in motion... whereas to the outside world, it may seem like a Holographic billboard that is as huge as a building.
