1990s Honda CBR250RR MC22 - Ep1

I found this little gem of a bike on Facebook marketplace and of course could not resist buying it. Its a classic 1990s Honda CBR250RR MC22 from the forgone era of race replica 250cc screamers. Not a runner and sadly neglected when I purchased it, can i get it running?
