Here is the minute by minute breakdown of this body circle basketball routine.

Points of emphasis are:
~Go as hard as you can. If you aren't messing up you aren't going hard enough.
~Try to Keep your eyes up and keep good posture.

Minute 1 - Around the Head (30 Seconds Each Way)
Minute 2 - Around the Waist (30 Seconds Each Way)
Minute 3 - Around One Ankle (15 Seconds Each Way & Then Switch Ankles/Repeat)
Minute 4.0 - Around the Both Ankles (15 Seconds Each Way)

Minute 4.5 - Figure 8s (15 Seconds Each Way)

Minute 5 - Around 1 Ankle...2 circle then 1 dribble (30 Seconds Each Way)
