Form Shooting

In this video I go over the basic fundamentals of how to improve your basketball shot. We use the "Form Shooting Drill" to dial in the exact form you should be using in order to shoot at a higher percentage. At the end I cover common flaws in some kids shots and then offer the "Fist Shooting Drill" (a style of form shooting) to correct those flaws. I hope you find some value from this video.
