This is class 20 of 20 in our series on guided meditation techniques for beginners.

If you’ve wanted to learn how to meditate, this is the perfect series for you to discover how to start meditating for 5 minutes at a time, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes & eventually 20 minutes at a time.

Classes 1 to 5:
5 Minute Guided Meditations on the breath & the body.

Classes 6 to 10:
10 Minute Guided Meditations on thinking & feeling.

Classes 11 to 15:
15 Minute Guided Meditations on core states of renewal.

Classes 16 to 20:
20 Minute Guided Meditations on core states of being.
