Gluten Free Dairy Free Sweet Potato Casserole 2 Ways

My grandmother's sweet potato casserole with a dairy free twist and a more healthy option with pecan crumble. Gather the ingredients and cook with me!

3 oz olive oil (butter flavored if you have it)
1/4 c coconut milk
1 t vanilla extract
1 c white sugar
Marshmallows

Pecan Crumble Sweet Potato Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
3 oz olive oil (butter flavored if you have it)
1/4 c coconut milk
1 t vanilla extract
1 c coconut sugar

Topping Ingredients:
1 c cocunut sugar
1/2 c Gluten Free Flour
1/2 c pecans
1 1/2 oz olive oil (Butter Flavor if possible)
