Mirari My Phone creepy message

My child's new toy started to play a new recording, "The bomb is about to go off."

We have never recorded any messages and never intended to at any time. The side white button never did anything until today. My child grabbed the phone and it said, "the bomb is about to go off". I instantly took the toy away and recorded the attached video.

No one has had access to this toy other than my wife and I. Once again we have never recorded anything nor do we know how. Until today the side white button has done nothing.

The back side of the toy reads as followed. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operations.

I called the FCC and they recommended destroying the toy and reading up on Part 15. I will not buy a children's toy with Part 15 ever again!
