Yummy kid approved seasonal cake roll! Easily either pumpkin or sweet potato! First time to make a cake roll and it worked out beautifully. Gather the ingredients and cook with me!

Ingredients:
3/4 c pecans
3 eggs
1 c sugar
3/4 c pumpkin puree or mashed sweet potato
1 t vanilla
3/4 c gluten free flour
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1 c powdered sugar plus more
4 T vegan butter
8 oz vegan cream cheese
2 t orange juice concentrate
