This channel started as a playground for experimenting and creating something new, something inspiring and relaxing. My intention is to always guide you into yourself. You are your greatest teacher. ASMR Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

Meditation - to engage in contemplation or reflection. Others define meditation as a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness, or for the purpose of reaching spiritual awareness.

Hypnosis - a trance like state that resembles sleep, but is induced by a person whose suggestions are readily accepted by the subject. Simply put, by Psychology Today, hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention or concentration, often associated with relaxation, and heightened suggestibility.

You are always awake when in a state of Meditation and/or Hypnosis. You can trust that YOU will only follow the suggestions I make that are best for you.
