Twin suicide bombing strikes Baghdad

At least 28 people were killed and scores injured in a twin suicide bombing in Baghdad on Thursday. Such attacks have become rare; the Iraqi capital had enjoyed relative peace since Islamic State were defeated in 2017. Lucy Fielder reports
