Gluten Free Dairy Free Ragu Alla Bolognese

My daughter and I took a cooking class while in Italy to make this authentic Italian dish! We then tweaked it a bit to our taste and of course made it gluten free and dairy free! Gather the ingredients and cook with me!

Ingredients:
olive oil
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 small red onion
1 bell pepper (added to original recipe)
1 bunch Italian flat leaf parsley
6 cloves garlic (added to original recipe)
1 lb ground pork (original recipe 300 grams)
1 lb ground beef (original recipe 200 grams)
salt and pepper
100 ml red wine
52.91oz (1 large box) strained tomatoes (original recipe 500 grams)
rosemary sprigs
1 box gluten free spaghetti pasta
Tuscan Herb olive oil if available
