Is purple pyramid near Queen Victoria statue more globalist symbolism?

http://www.matthaydenblog.com I've long been intrigued by pyramid-shaped garden beds around the Sydney CBD. Given that this symbol is strongly associated with the globalist elite I saw this as some kind of symbolic incantation to further their agenda. Now, on the eve of the Biden Inauguration, another one -- covered in purple flowers -- has just appeared in Queen's Square. This seems to confirm my theory.
