On our 2nd episode, Josh and Duey talk about the bs that is the food pyramid. We discuss how over the 40(?) years it's been in place, all markers of health have gotten worse(obesity, diabetes etc...) We check “How Fat Is Josh”, and if I lost any weight or inches after 6 days of carnivore and OMAD(One Meal A Day).
