UK COVID Data - a deeper dive

The media are blowing the numbers of those who die with COVID using Reported data when they are high and not the real date of death. The current UK COVID Peak is much lower than the first peak currently. FLU is below the minimum rate of the last decade by some margin. So is FLU disappearing or is the PCR labeling 30 to 60% as COVID patients?
