World War Z - Normal challenge of the week 2021/01/18

Hey guys, thank you for joining me today as I took on the WWZ weekly challenge for the 2021/01/18 week. This week's challenge had the following constraints:

- Hunger: I will lose health 10 seconds after my last zombie kill. (0.5%/second)
- Night Time: Many more idle zombies hanging out.
- Looter: No equipment bags to pick up and equipment constantly. auto-regen.

I played with my now Prestige 5 Exterminator which was level 7 upon starting. It felt a little too easy with my super medic friend carrying but was still fun to do, we took on the hard mode right afterwards but I deleted that one since we just landed on another game to only deal with the final waves and I'd rather not publish it than publish only 30% of a mission. Might do it again to post it later this week.
