RV Remodel - Ugrading Coleman Mach AC Thermostat to Digital for under $40 - How to wire it up

We decide to replace our old non-digital hard to read and set thermostat with a digital LCD display unit. It was easier and cheaper than I thought it would be. It nice to have the temperature display and plus the numbers are big enough I don't need my glasses to see the display.

NOTICE: this is a single-stage non-programable thermostat. The compressor delays feature is only active when you turn off AC and try to turn it right back on.
