Carla – How wonderful to see that you are not able to not rely on others

Are you taking care of yourself on a mental, emotionally and physical level?

How wonderful to see that there are people in our World that show you that you cannot fully rely on others, it is our own task to take care and rely on ourselves.

Expressions of taking care of ourselves is being understood differently. There are people who take care of themselves on costs of others, with a higher level of self-awareness you hold a different meaning to this expression.

How do you feel when you are tired and you are asked to help somebody? Do you feel guilty when you are not able to help?

Start listening to your body and when there is a pain here or there, what does this pain tell you?
