(Unconscious) war symptoms – relaxing is difficult, the need for staying alert

Staying alert, finding it difficult to relax is something that I have experienced myself. Overtime I learnt that this has to do with war, but I have not experienced war myself in this lifetime. Where does it come from?

We are in March 2020, and almost the entire World is going through a tough time. As Carla said, a lot in our mass consciousness when it comes to the war aspect is still active and has not been addressed – waiting to be healed. There might be some of you who resonate with what I am sharing, there will be people who are picking up the fear from mass consciousness at this point in time.
