Guided Meditation by Carla - single or group meditation

A few years back, Carla gave a workshop and in that workshop they have a meditation. After meditating I received comments from the participants what they felt during and after the meditation, they loved it a lot!

Although it is a recorded meditation, I hope that this gives you as well a feeling of well-being.

You can do this alone or with a group of friends, family, colleagues sitting in a circle.
