Carla explains that when being in the Now, we do not have fear. Fear is being created when we are in the future with our minds.

Many of us are not in the Now moment, not in the present and not really paying attention living our lives. We are on an automatic pilot, going from one action to the next and not really enjoying the small moments in between.
