Judy shares her view on Hollywood and calls it an unhealthy, confusing environment.

Her addiction started when she was 16, starting to smoke because she needed to stay skinny. Addiction start somewhere, it does not happen from one day to the other - she has been judged by her looks.

Love yourselves, when you believe you are ugly the people you meet will find you are ugly too. Because the External World is like a mirror to you.

Stop comparing yourself to others when this drags you down.
