Covid is men made crises, so sad times!
This link is my Mapillary imagery in the same area of this photos. Before it had a lot of people day and night. This are as a big open market and shops. The university is across the road and there are thousands of small condo rooms to rent. Si sad to see like this. People lost income and are getting very sick just to satisfy half a dozen of tyrannical people and the government impose that locking down their citizens.
