Capul Island Northern Samar Philippines

We road a boat out to Capul island from Allen Samar, there are many WWII Japanese relics on the island which was used by Japanese forces during the war to observe sea traffic. Another fact of this island is their language, which is a unique dialect used only on Capul island and one other island, the Philippines is like that, it's like hundreds of small countries within one large country, each island sort of having it's own customs, language food, sense each island is cut off from the others. There are islands here where people are born on the island, will live their entire life on that one island and die there, never leaving their island, never even exploring their own country let alone traveling overseas, but they seem happy. I have always been fascinated with anthropology and although I'm a helicopter pilot, I find the study of people around the world to be very interesting
