In this lesson, I tackle the issues of pleasure and pain, how they act as teachers in our lives. I explain how we grow in stages of emotional development and how emotional wounds can stifle our emotional development, causing us to revert to childish behavior when we are triggered. I also discuss how healing involves the ability to unite and balance what seem to be opposing forces.

I also talk about positive and negative beliefs, how belief can act as a two-edged sword. It can work for us, or against us, depending on the nature of the beliefs we adopt.

Finally, I discuss the liver and pancreatic energy centers, the kinds of emotional wounds that block them and various remedies and tools to open and heal these aspects of ourselves.
