Divine Masculine and Feminine Energy

In this lesson, I talk about polarity and introduce the difference between male and female energy. I explain how masculine and feminine energy (personified in mother and father) form the foundation for everyone's life. Not understanding the differences between men and women causes misunderstanding and unnecessary conflicts in relationships. This leads into a discussion of the root and navel energy centers and the types of problems that create issues in his area of our lives, which symbolize feeling secure and nourished or nurtured. I also review the affirmations, flower essences and essential oils for these energy centers. I only scratch the surface of these important issues, so the video also contains a list of resources for further study.
