'American leadership still matters': Blinken

Appearing before a Senate panel on Tuesday, Antony Blinken, President-elect Joe Biden's pick for chief U.S. diplomat said, "American leadership still matters" and without it "some other country tries to take our place" or "maybe just as bad, no one does, and then you have chaos."
