Jill spent the first 25 years of my career working as a pharmacist in various healthcare settings where top producers were promoted into management. Managers focused on the numbers creating a culture where everyone feared for their job.

When Jill had the opportunity to be a Director of Pharmacy, she led her team with empathy, not numbers and it worked! Now Jill coach team leaders how to do the same. Her mission is to eliminate fear management from workplace making every company a place where everyone wants to come to work each day. People thrive when they feel appreciated, valued and supported.
