This is the Photon raid target.

In base free repair, this one 10 mins have had 7 mins also had 17 mins.

No crew used and alliance bonuses are about 70%

Technique used is "Run Away" try to keep out of range or be far enough away for the flak to be dispersed minimising any damage.

All ships are X1 and build is shown in the video.

Playback is at x4, use the cog bottom right to slow it down if needed (0.5 should get it close to actual speed) use the pause button to inspect build

When driving make sure you stop for the blue turrets they really hurt if they hit you!
