Buffalo Berry is a shrub commonly 2 to 6 metres (about 6 to 20 feet) high, of the oleaster family (Elaeagnaceae). It goes by many names Shepherdia in Latin, commonly called buffaloberry or bullberry also as Rabbit Berry, or Nebraska Currant.

In this video we will not be doing the regular buffalo berry jam that everyone else is making. Instead this how to video tutorial will show you how to make your own Buffalo Berry Juice and Buffalo Berry Fruit Leather.

To make buffalo berry juice we will be using a juicer and a sieve to separate buffalo berry's pulp from the juice. To make fruit leather we'll be using a dehydrator to spread pulp in a thin layer and dehydrate until we get delicious slightly sweet buffalo berry fruit leather.
