Something Priceless

Snow. Growing up in the far north of Scotland, snow was a yearly event. Feet deep, soft white, seemingly endless snow. Began in October, normally and lasted til April.
Now? We rarely get reliable seasons, never mind snow. And I miss it. So when we had a scant few days of it here in the west of Ireland, I got out there in it. And became a child again for a while.
