Top Things to do near West Yellowstone & Island Park | Horseback Riding | Fly Fishing | Canyon Area | Season 1 Episode 7

This week we share some of the top things to do in West Yellowstone, MT and Island Park, ID and includes one of our adventures in the Yellowstone Canyon area. We went horseback riding with Eagle Ridge Ranch guides out of Island Park, ID through the National Forest and fly fishing on the Madison River with river Guide BJ from Arrick's Fly Shop in West Yellowstone. We also, during these unusually cold days at the end of June, visited the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone area.

We are a family of 4 who loves to travel. In 2019, we bought a 30 ft. travel trailer and decided to make our dreams happen by getting out on the road. We have always LOVED traveling and now seeing our world on the road has given us opportunities to see more and make memories as a family. We are middle school teachers and are blessed to have the same "vacation" schedule, so we make the most of it with our kids by being both weekend warriors and "school schedule" traveling--We call ourselves part-timers. We hope to share what we learn while exploring this beautiful world around us and inspire you to get out and see it, too.
