How Western New York's vaccine distribution compares to the rest of the state

Governor Andrew Cuomo said there's an uneven performance by region, and by provider, when it comes to getting shots in the arms of New Yorkers. Cuomo said the state has officially administered 1 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
