Basic Emotional Energetics

This is the first lesson in Module Two of our 2018 Emotional Healing Training program. This lesson overviews the idea of emotional energetics, including the energetic breathing patterns for various emotional states. It explains the three ways we can deal with an emotion (try to suppress or deny it, project blame for it on others and dump or vent it on them, or listen to what the emotion is trying to tell us about our own needs and create effective changes in our lives). This lesson forms the basis for the lessons to follow. Handouts are available by enrolling for free in course in our online learning center.
