20210108 COALPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING with STATEMENTS AND OBJECTIONS - VIOLATIONS OF COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA BOROUGH CODE.

On January 8th, 2021, there were violations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Borough Code.

The Coalport Borough Council met at 961 Forest Street, Coalport Borough Community Building, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 16627 for the Regular Monthly meeting of the Council. Serious issues were discussed that have a conflict with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Borough Code. Proper borough responsibilities are not being accomplished.

Former President Paul Zupich questioned the Council with no reply. Council is negligent in serving the Citizens and Taxpayers. Mr. Zupich suggested outsourcing the bookkeeping to a public accounting firm. No Councillor could answer the question of the Coalport Borough Financial Status. The finances are a secret not being reported to the public. The public has repeatedly requested to hear the Financial Report in the public meeting. The public is denied.

President of Council is in violation of the Borough Code acting as an assistant Treasurer which is prohibited by Borough Code.
