I have struggled with anxiety ever since my deployment to afghanistan. And it ended up leading me into a good 5-6 years of heroin and xanax addiction. I used to cope with my anxiety in the beginning because I had not yet learned any proper coping mechanisms and didn’t have much of a support system. In this video I go over my experience with anxiety, how I got anxiety and how I deal with my anxiety nowadays. I hope you guys like this video, let me know what you guys thought in the comments!
