Off to New Jersey

Circa 1975 when Liz and I headed from Minnesota to Ft. Monmouth, NJ to complete my last year of a 3 years enlistment in the US Army. I believe this is an 8mm film that was developed many years later and converted to digital. This is the only reason I can think of for the poor quality.
