Carla – Do not judge (do observe) the book by its cover

Carla refers to a video of Ava Gardner, who has been talking about images.

We have learnt that an image is very important to have, based on the image we can judge how a person is/needs to be. An image that we create for ourselves but also for others.
An image is an idea that we belief is true, it is the truth for ourselves but might not be for someone else.

Carla is asking us not to judge a book by its cover but observe instead. Judging is of a lower frequency. We judge ourselves but also others. Observe yourself and what do you see? Are you able to accept yourself when you observe yourself?
