Heavy Standing T-bar rows with 7-8 plates push it to the limit!

Heaviest tbar rows I have done for reps. I was feeling strong. @ironforgednutrition illicit had me in the zone. On the set with 7 plates I got more amped up as I was doing the set. I started getting that rush from my adrenaline kicking in about half way through the set. Just being able to give something all you got is a high to me. Going all out won’t last forever. There will be a day when I won’t physically be able to do that so I try to appreciate it now. With that being said I have to be careful. I started throwing the weight more than I should of. I like to keep control but obviously when you get into heavy weight your going to use some momentum but it was more sloppy than I like. I started getting consumed by that feeling and when that happens I am likely to hurt myself and That is what I did. On the 8 plates I slowed it down but my low back was already feeling it. I did a couple reps and didn’t like how it was feeling so I backed off. It is hard for me when I watch It because I say to myself damn you left at least a few reps there but I also know I wouldn’t just be sore and having a hard time putting my shoes On today if I kept going I would of been hurt more seriously. This was my limit on this day. I have been doing this long enough to know when to back off. Sometimes you don’t want to listen and do it anyway. When your young (under 30) you may get away with it but the older you get the more likely you are to pay the price to push the limit. Trying to push my limits but not blow myself apart at the same time lol. @tgbsupplements @anaboliccartel @regenesis_hrt @ironforgednutrition @the_iron_forged_gym @banglikeachampion
