Why Congress is So Unpopular

Congress has an approval rating of 15%. A lot of people wonder why that is. Part of the reason why is because Congress never solves any actual problems of a large number of people. Congress passed Obamacare in the middle of the night on a party-line vote. Congress has not listened to Americans who have concerns about unlimited immigration. The problem with Congress is it spends so much time on issues that will not help anyone (two impeachments) and it is unwilling to act to change our country in a good direction. That is why Congress is unpopular.
