G.F. Handel (1685-1759) Sarabande and from Almira, HWV 1
A Sarabande is a Spanish dance in triple meter. Early references to the Sarabande go back as far as 1539. In the Baroque Era the Sarabande was included in the baroque suite and written in binary form.
