Pork Ribs Sinigang (STEW) with fresh vegetables - #10

INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs. pork ribs
1 bundle of long beans
1 bundle of yu choy (chinese bok choy)
3 stalks of lemongrass smashed
1 whole med. size onion (sliced) 1/2 for the pressure cooker & 1/2 for the soup
1 sm. radish or daikon (sliced diagonally and thin)
3-4 pieces of Sinigang peppers or jalapeno.
4-5 pieces of taro root, peeled and cut into bite size pieces.

Seasoning:
3 tbsp chicken powder
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp tamarind soup mix

For boiling and cleaning meat:
5 cups of water
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp white vinegar

In the pressure cooker:
3 cups of water
1/2 onion (sliced)
2 oz. ginger sliced

To finalize the soup:
3 cups of water
combine the broth from the pressure cooker
