Trump Signs Transfer Docs - Fake News?

I personally do not recall ever seeing a "signing" of any paperwork related to the transfer of power. The President is the President until someone else utters "so help me God" on the steps of the Capitol.

All of the President's personal pictures are removed from the credenza behind his desk. Common sense would say that it should be because he is moving out in 72 hours, but the White House has a very strict tradition about not moving any items belonging to the president until he leaves the White House on the morning of the inauguration.
