US 40 in Indy. Freezing rain and no salt trucks in sight!

This occurred on January 1, 2021. Freezing rain had been in the forecast, but someone forgot to tell Mayor Joe Hogsett. One other car ended up on the curb just east of me. Later in the video, you see a multi vehicle accident with 30 minutes of my curbing.
