Did MIKE PENCE make a MISTAKE when HE REFUSED to REJECT ELECTORS VOTES?

We all know that Vice President Mike Pence declined to reject the electors from the states that had issues with "voting irregularities". He had the opportunity, but he did not. He says that he believes he didn't have the authority. So the big questions is - Is Mike Pence a traitor, or a patriot?
