In this episode, we briefly follow-up, with my contact of 4Patriots, regarding the status of my refund for the set of Sun Kettles I sent back. Since we had to pay for shipping on the return, via UPS, we knew that the return shipment had been received by 4 Patriots, however, a few days went by and nothing. I called the 4Patriots Customer Service at 1-800-304-4202. It didn’t appear they were in a hurry to refund my money, due to the arrival notification from UPS, I believe we waited 4-6 days following the return to call 4 Patriots to ask what was up.
I spoke with a lady, I think her name was Wanda? Anyway, I thought she was outstanding! She was very nice and kept us on the phone until she verified our refund was sent. She had to place us on hold a couple of times, once to verify the products were returned, and again to deal with the refund processing. Either way, I think the customer service, at least the lady I dealt with was great! So out of a score of 10, 10 being the best, I would like to give Wanda at 4 Patriots a Failure to Prepare 10 out of 10.

Also, I would like to add that I was able to sell some food stamps, and I sold some blood at the local blood bank and was able to buy a new webcam and microphone, so this video is also a test for those items as well, please let me know if the sound and video quality are now a little better, we are still pretty ghetto here at Failure to Prepare, but it is what it is! I am not a 20-year-old topless chick that you are throwing money at, you get what you pay for here at Failure to Prepare!
